Frances' 40th anniversary event

Our founder and Director, Frances, is celebrating a very special milestone on Sunday 26th November, between 3pm - 5pm.

We'd love for you to join us for a few hours. Come and help us light candles, hear Frances in conversation with Helen Clay about the early years of teaching, travels in India to take classes at the Iyengar Institute, and more, including any questions you have. All are welcome.
