New Starter course - 29th Sept
Our next dedicated course for beginners begins at the end of the month. This one will be particularly good for you if you feel stiff, inflexible, out of shape or otherwise not ready for yoga.
Iyengar yoga is particularly accessible to different body-types and abilities through it's use of props and longer-held poses. The props help to support you in the poses, whilst holding them for longer helps to build strength and awareness of your body.
