Yoga for larger bodies

This special hour long class will support you to move your body, build strength and improve your flexibility. The gentle movements and deep breathing increases blood-flow, whilst the poses help to build strength.

Iyengar yoga is particularly supportive because of the use of equipment, such as chairs. Our cushioned floors in the Bower Hall help to alleviate any pressure on joints, making the yoga experience much more enjoyable.
