New Starter Courses

THE PERFECT INTRODUCTION TO IYENGAR YOGA

Our New Starter Course is a weekly, 1 hour class for 5 weeks. The course is the perfect introduction to Iyengar Yoga at our Centre. Carefully structured and taught by fully-qualified Iyengar Yoga teachers, the Course will introduce you to fundamental postures (asana) and basic breathing techniques.

Working at your own pace in one of our serene and light filled yoga halls, after this short course you will be able to comfortably join our Beginner Level classes.

DATES: 

New Starter 1 : Thursday 12th September ( 5 weeks)

New starter 2: Friday 18th October (5 weeks)

New start 3: Monday 18th November ( 5 weeks)

Who is the Course suitable for? Everybody! Especially complete beginners and those unfamiliar with Iyengar yoga.

How much does it cost? The Course is only £40.00 for 5 weeks. This class cannot be attended as a Drop-In as we want you to move through the course journey with the other students and build a strong foundation to support you to move onto the Beginner Classes.

How do I book the Course? As this is your time at the Centre, we ask that you complete an online registration form so we can learn a bit about you and your needs. Once you have registered with us you will be able to log-in to this website and book your course and any future classes/workshops.
